About Stacy...

As the author / illustrator / self-publisher for The Frizz Girls series, I have spent over 25 years as a graphic and website designer working in Los Angeles, CA and Cincinnati, OH for Disney, Fifth Third Bancorp, Mercedes, Porsche, NBC/Universal, UCLA and more. In addition, as an accomplished fine artist whose work has been on display and for sale in Los Angeles, CA, Northern Kentucky, Madison, TN, Franklin and Bowling Green, KY, and have sold several commission pieces. I am also a member of Artworks Inc. (Bowling Green) and the Simpson County Guild of Artists and Craftsmen.

I am also a pageant queen with Petite USA as Elite Ms. Petite Kentucky 2026. My platform, Curl Confidence, is in alignment with my brand, The Frizz Girls, to teach girls and women that it's perfectly acceptable to wear their natural hair texture for important events, and they do not need to conform to society's beauty standards.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Northern Kentucky University.
