Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policies:

Books (Less than 10), Bonnet, Scrunchies and Pillowcases
All book, bonnet, scrunchies and pillowcase purchases will be shipped within 2–3 business days. Some orders may be shipped at a later date due to low inventory in stock. If your order happens to include low stock of any items not available in our inventory, we will contact you via email and give you the best possible shipping date. We apologize for any inconvenience with delaying your order.

Books (10+)
The Frizz Girls do not carry more than 10 books in stock at one time. For orders that contain more than 10 books, they are considered a bulk order and will be shipped directly from the printer within 4-6 weeks, depending on their production schedule. The Frizz Girls has no control over our print vendors. We apologize for any inconvenience with delaying your order and will continue to contact you via email with shipping updates. 

T-Shirts
All t-shirt purchases will be shipped within 2–3 weeks of your order date due to the demands of our vendors. Once your order is received, we will send it over to our vendor for processing. We will contact you via email when your t-shirt order is ready for shipping. Please except a 5-7 day shipping timeline based on the USPS. 

Return Policies:

Books
The Frizz Girls do not accept any book returns except for damaged items by the USPS or another shipping company. If your item(s) arrive with damages, please contact Stacy immediately and include pictures of your items. When we receive your email, we will inspect the damage and provide shipping instructions to you, and you will be required to pay for the shipping. Once we receive your damaged book(s), we will send you a new copy at no cost to you.

Bonnets, Scrunchies, Pillowcases
The Frizz Girls do not accept returns for bonnets, scrunchies and pillowcases. For health and hygiene reasons, satin bonnets and other hair accessories are typically considered final sale and cannot be returned. Once used, personal products like bonnets, scrunchies and pillowcases come into contact with hair, skin, and oils, making them unsanitary to resell.

T-Shirts
The Frizz Girls do not accept returns for t-shirts since they are a custom item. Please make sure you choose the correct size for your t-shirt. A good rule of thumb is to size up. However, if you're still unsure or have questions about t-shirt sizing, please contact Stacy so she can advise you on the best size.
